You can rename it to simply Petz 4 if you want.
It should extract a folder called Petz 4 Vanilla. Unzip the file using 7zip, Winrar, or a similar program into. Because I want the Petz community to grow and because I am a very nice person who likes to help people out, this page provides downloads of the full Petz 4 game.
